What financial products do people complain about most?

Credit reports drew 4.81 million of the 5.44 million complaints the CFPB received in 2025, about 88%. Debt collection came next with 283,204, then credit cards (89,978), money transfer services and apps (84,619) and checking and savings accounts (84,195). Complaints aren't verified, and a product more people use can draw more complaints. Product names are the CFPB's, in plain words.
