The FDA's reason: “Product contains unintentional presence of milk and therefore milk was not listed on the label as an ingredient.” The FDA classified it Class I: it could cause serious harm or death. The company began the recall voluntarily on November 16, 2018, and the FDA first listed it in its Enforcement Report of December 5, 2018.
