Brownie Bar packaged in Crunchy Peanut Butter Bar wrapper which does not list milk as an allergen under allergen information section of the ingredient statement.” The FDA classified it Class I: it could cause serious harm or death. The company began the recall voluntarily on March 28, 2016, and the FDA first listed it in its Enforcement Report of April 26, 2017.
